Nick works 6 days a week. He manages his clients’ training, attends modelling jobs and auditions and still finds time to manage his own training.

Nick earned a BSC in Sport and Exercise Science at Staffordshire University and competed internationally for over 12 years in the 110 metre and 60 metre hurdles. He taught Sport Science at Loughborough College and has a career as a model.  His workout philosophy has evolved from working with some of the best trainers, enabling him to become one of today’s most accomplished and credible fitness trainers.

 

As an athlete Nick trained several times a day to perfect his craft and fitness. This lifestyle and dedication to health and fitness secured him campaigns for major sporting brands such as Nike, Adidas, ASICS and New Balance. He has featured in all of the major health magazines including Men’s Health and Men’s Fitness and has also been a body double for Tiger Woods.
